Abstract
According to the gene sequences in GenBank of porcine circovirus type 2(PCV2),porcine pseudorabies virus(PRV) and porcine parvovirus(PPV),three pairs of specific primers were designed for amplifying the four specific fragments of PCV2,PPV and PRV,350 bp,270 bp and 191 bp in length, respectively. The results indicated that multiplex PCR is both sensitive and specific, providing a new method for the clinical diagnosis and epidemiological research of the three diseases.
