Abstract

BACKGROUND AIM: To understanding detection root tip cell of Dali vicia faba in icronucleus.MATERIAL AND METHODS: By microuncleus test of vicia faba root tip cell. RESULTS: Micronucleus rate is under 5 %c in two kind vicia fabas and it showed that the frequencies of micronucleus in root tip cell of vicia faba (VMN) were in creased being effected by these cemical posions (P 0.05) .CONCLUSION:It suggested that the Feng-yi green vicia faba had good sensitive ,and sift through of root tip cell in micronucleus test.
