Abstract
The micronucleus test in vicia faba root tip cell is a method of micronucleus in plant to reflect chromosomal damage.this article introduced the establishment and basic principle of the micronucleus test in vicia faba root tip cell,summarized the application in inspected mutagens of water,air pollution and agrochemical etc.
