Research on the Tactics of Teachers' Professional Development Implementation

Teacher s professional development is the key to the tactics of lourse reformation. This paper discusses its connotation and features.In the author's opinion,the main way of teachers' professional development lies in teachers' initivative and study,the introspection,the topic research ,the course development,and teachers' cooperation. At the same time,Institute of higher learning should create good conditions and environment to ensure teachers' professional development.
