On Teachers' Professional Development and Its Characteristics

Abstract

Teachers are professionals of teaching. In order to enhance teaching effectiveness, professional development must be conducted actively and continuously. This article, based on the introduction to the related study of teachers' professional development, mainly expounds the characteristics of teachers' professional development, so that teachers will actively heighten their professional accomplishment and people's knowledge of teachers' position.
