Abstract
The synthesis of ethyl acetate from acetic acid and ethanol was catalyzed by solid super acid TiSiW12O40/TiO2, and the factors influencing on the yield of the reaction were discussed. It showed that the solid super acid TiSiW12O40/TiO2 was an excellent catalyst, the yield of the ethyl acetate could reach over 69.38% under molar ratio of ethyl alcohol and acetic acid 1.3:1, the reaction temperature of 84~90℃, reaction time of 1.0 h and amount of TiSiW12O40/TiO2 solid super acid catalyst of 1.0%.
