Abstract

[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of Shuxuetong injection on dominance diabetic nephropathy(DN).[Methods] Sixty-two patients of with DN were randomly divided into Shuxuetong injection group(treatment group,32 cases) and conventional therapy group(control group,32 cases).Urine protein quantity, blood Cr,TG index before and after treatment in two groups were observed.[Results] The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(P0.01).The urine volume in the treatment group was greater than that in control group(P0.05).The patients of treatment group had a significant improvement in blood hypercoagulability,There were statistical significance in multiple parameters before and after treatment.Decreasing fibrinogen and proper prolonging prothrombin time in treatment group was more obvious than that in control group(P0.05).[Conclusion] Shuxuetong injection can obviously improve the curative effect in dominance DN and hypercoagulation state.
