EFFECT OF SHUXUETONG INJECTION ON THE TREATMENT OF DIABETIC NEPHROPATHY

Abstract

[Objective]To observe the effect of Shuxuetong injection on anticoagulation of diabetic nephropathy.[Methods]70 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,including suxuetong group and control group. The Shuxuetong group was injected with Shuxuetong injection while the control group injected with Danshen injection. Hemorheology,clotting index and microalbuminuria were detected before and after treatment.[Results]Hemorheology and clotting index of the two groups were improved. Hemorheology and clotting index of the Shuxuetong group were improved better than those of the control group. Microalbuminuria of the Shuxuetong group with 185.45±87.55 mg/24h were significantly lower than that of the control group with 205.84 ± 53.90 mg/24h(P﹤0.05).[Conclusion]The Shuxuetong injection was a safe and effective anticoagulation drug for diabetic nephropathy,which could help to reduce proteinuria.
