Abstract

Objective:to study the graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometric method of determination of cadmium content in fruit juice experimental conditions and influence factors. Methods:using electrothermal digestion and nitric acid and perchloric acid mixed acid digestion method and treatment of samples, the ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and magnesium nitrate matrix modifier,by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometric method determination of cadmium content in food. Results show that the method in 0 μg/L~ 8.0 μg/L range is linear, the regression equation for Y= 0.045 3X,the correlation coefficient is 0.999 9,the detection limit of 0.042 μg/L,the standard addition recovery was between 95% ~105%,conclusion:the method has high sensitivity, accuracy and precision, suitable for the determination of trace cadmium in food.
