Abstract

Objective To discuss the using graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometric method for the determination of Trace Cadmium in soil. Methods In selected under the condition of microwave radiation, nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid hydrochloric acid through the soil sample digestion, then by graphite furnace atomic absorption determination. Results In 0 ~5 μg /L concentration range, good linear relationship, the correlation coefficient r=0.999 6, the detection limit is 0.110 μg /L, the coefficient of variation of 5 %, the rate of recovery for 96 % ~106 %. Conclusions The method is simple, rapid, accurate and advantages.
