Local colleges and universities transformation and development mission

Bearing local colleges and universities as the main body of China's higher education mission,many problems of the colleges and universities had appeared while they had been in the frequent upgrading and renaming.The reason is that the colleges and universities did not handle many issues when they were in the transition process.In this paper the author try to analyze the many problems on the foundation of the local colleges and universities in the process of restructuring,expound the three institutions of higher education in the transition process adaptation,and further argue on the restructuring of the local institutions of higher education content and direction.Following this way the local colleges and universities can be better able to bear the local socio-economic development mission.
