Educational Informationization:the Only Way for the Development of Local Universities and Colleges in Information Age

As higher education shows an increasingly distinct tendency toward popularization, internationalization and mar-ketization, local universities and colleges are facing new challenges. This article puts local universities and colleges in the educational eco-environment to analyze. It thinks the educational infonnationization presents the will of the State and the implementation of informationizing education in local universities and colleges is the impetus for the upper reaches of the educational chain and the pull for the lower reaches, which is also the logical demand of the self-development of local universities and colleges. Therefore, the implementation of educational infonnationization is the only way for the development of local universities and colleges in information age.
