Abstract

Justice efficiency is closely related to the inner-structure and performance of the court.Justice efficiency is decided by the scientific design of trial procedure and the level of case administration. The time-limit of trial is a narrow-sighted system to evaluate the justice efficiency.because of the flexibility of the system,it is impossible to evaluate the justice efficiency or improve and it should be replaced by justice period.Essentially, the time-limit of trial is a question of ethic and can not be included in the civil procedure law system. It will be a rational choice to cancel the rules about time-limit of trial, and instead,to strengthen the functional adjustment of justice by putting obligation on parties to promote the proceeding of justice and making the justice procedure link-up in a reasonable way.
