Procedure justice is justice before truth,procedure has it's independent value,therefore it's where the true justice based on.the process of China's justice revolution,only import procedure justice,completely change the outdated perception of focus on real existence and ignore procedure justice in nowadays practice of justice.Form judge independent justice concept in the justice procedure,change all systems which hindered judge independence,recall the respect of judge independence,only after the above ways,can we solve the current situation of unfair justice,guarantee the fair justice,protect justice which is the bottom line to protect civil rights.
