Abstract

The justice and efficiency are the objective of value of judicial refrm,they are identity of opposites.The justice is the target of efficiency and the efficiency is the safeguard of justice.The justice and efficiency has same importance.It should to coordinate the relation between the justice and efficiency,and do our best to raise the efficiency on the base of the justice in judicial procedure.
