Abstract

Coal enterprise informationization is gradually rise,corresponding the process of planning and design work also got enterprise attention,many coal enterprise also implemented some such as ERP,SCM system in the process of enterprise informatization,as a key component,coal enterprise human resources management system is also in the development process.Talent is the enduring power of enterprise development,coal is our country's important basic energy,coal enterprise's good operation but also related to the lifelines of their national economy.This paper expounds how to construct by J2EE technology of coal enterprise personnel management system,make the coal enterprise in competition keep continuously development.
