Abstract
The author describes the characteristics of coal enterprise cost,concludes the existing problems of current coal enterprise cost management,provides effective ways of enhancing coal enterprise cost management from four aspects,thus improving the operation management effect of the coal enterprise,making the enterprise on successful position in fierce market competition.
