Abstract

Informationization is the enterprise development important strut,is an inevitable trend,but the present of the coal industry informatization level is low,employee management is very slow and talent is the development of the enterprise lasting power.This paper expounds how the informatization construction in coal enterprise means for personnel management system,make the coal enterprise in competition keep continuously development,improve the efficiency of management of the talents.
