Abstract
Objective:To investigate the psychological intervention to reduce anxiety and mental patients recovering from clinical depression.Methods:Taken from May 2008 to November 2009 in our hospital 110 cases of hospitalized rehabilitation patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups,control group,55 patients with conventional treatment and care,treatment group,55 patients receiving conventional treatment and care on the basis of psychological in tervention.In two groups of patients before and after intervention are used self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating de pression scale(SDS) and the symptom checklist(SCL-90) to be assessed.The results of the treatment group after the inter vention of the SAS,SDS,and SCL-90 compared to some factors are obvious differences between the control group,P 0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion:Psychological intervention can effectively improve the rehabilitation of schizophrenic patients with anxiety,depression and other psychological symptoms.
