The research for mentality and emotion of psychological nursing intervention on patients with outpatient injection

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing intervention for mentality and emotion of psychological nursing intervention on patients with outpatient injection. Methods One hundred and eighty four cases with anxiety and depression admitted to the hospital in our hospital from August 2011 to February 2012 were randomly chosen. They were given psychological nursing intervention (psychological intervention group) and conventional nursing intervention (control group), each group had 92 cases. The changes of anxiety, depression in the intervention group before and after the psychological care were taken for statistics and analysis. Results In psychological intervention group, 88 cases had the emotional stability when they left hospital (95.66%) , was significant higher than the control goup of 77 cases (83.69%). Took Zung Anxiety Rating Scale (SAS) and Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) to assess the result of care. The SAS, SDS decreased significantly after the intervention of psychological care (P 0.01). The anxiety and depression remission rate improved significantly (P 0.01). Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention can effectively alleviate the outpatient injection in patients with anxiety, depression and other mood changes, and improve patients' negative emotions, to stabilize the patient's psychological state.
