The research on the management of university physical education teachers in China and America

By the means of looking up documents, internet, E-mail, seeking files, we had a comparative research on the management of physical education teachers between 10 universities of America and more than 20 universities, of physical education clooedges and the physical departments of teachers' universities of our country. we raised some problems in the management of physical education teachers in our universities. we use the American successful managerial experience for reference to improve the managerial level of the physical education teachers of our universities.
