Abstract

Under the macro-background of teachers' education reform,some colleges of education have been founded in our non-teachers' universities.The development of these educational faculties must set up new ideas and trains of thought as follows:facing the basic education; focusing on in-service education;servicing the teachers' education in whole and improving the educational subjects of students of non-educational major.
