On Physical Education Teachers’ Quality Reconstruction from Sport Curriculum Reform in Colleges and Universities

By using the methods of documentary and expert interview,the author has made an analysis on the quality of the physical education teachers in colleges and universities.The article discusses the physical education teachers’ quality reconstruction in college and university from the following seven aspects.The result shows that the reconstruction of the physical education teachers’ quality in colleges and universities is the objective demand of sport curriculum reforming and it is also the urgent need for physical education teachers in colleges and universities to adapt new situation,new assignment and to fulfill the duty of teaching.
