Abstract
The effects of Lanqin injection on cellular immune function were studied by determining the effects of T lymphocytes transplantation in pigs and the swallowing functions of the phagocytes in mice.The rates of T lymphocyte transformation in pigs in medicated groups were higher that of the control group,and the differences of phagocyte activities between the medicated groups and the control group was obvious.The results showed that Lanqin injection could assist the T lymphocyte transformation induced by ConA well and different doses had(diphasic) regulation function on the phagocytes in mice to swallow neutral red.
