Effect of Integration of Supplementing Qi and Activating Blood Decoction and Western Medicine in Treatment of Pulmonary Heart Disease

Objective: To explore the effect of integration of supplementing qi and activating blood decoction and western medicine in treatment of pulmonary heart disease. Methods: 96 cases of patients in our hospital from February 2012 to August 2013 with pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups: the combination group( integration of supplementing qi and activating blood decoction and western medicine) and control group( western medicine alone). The patients of two groups were observed the effect,including the gasp,cough,expectoration,palpitation,edema and swelling chest pretherapy and post- treatment and the hemodynamic indexes of all patients. Results: The effect of the combination group was better than that of the control group( χ2= 5. 315,P = 0. 021),and the gasp,cough,expectoration,palpitation,edema pretherapy or post- treatment of combination group were less than those of the control group( P 0. 05) and the hemodynamic indexes of the combination group were less than those of the control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion: The treatment with integration of supplementing qi and activating blood decoction and western medicine is better than the treatment with western medicine alone. It has high clinical application value.
