On the Justice Value of Rule of Law

As the pursuit of the value of the society for long,justice plays an important and restrict role in the process of building the rule of law.Justice not only reflects the concept of law,but should also be contained in the law practice;not only the legislative guide,but also the guaranty to the execution of law and the judicature;not only acts on the static objective of the rule of the law,but through the dynamic process of the rule of law.This article will focus on the legislative,executive and judicial point of view to analyze the value of the justice in the construction of the rule of law.
