Rule of Law and Its Realization Ways

The primary meaning of rule of law is to rule the state and social affairs by law not by individual intention.Its connotation is supremacy of law,sound legal system,administration by law,judicial justice,guarantee of rights,etc.Our country should compel to promote rule of law by political authority power,enact development strategies and implementation plans by law under the leadership of Central Party Committee,and carry out realization ways of rule of law.
