Abstract
The appreciation of Chinese liquor mainly includes four aspects: liquor color,aroma,taste,and liquor styles,namely,observing liquor color,smelling its aroma,and tasting,then determining its typical styles through the analysis of its color,aroma,and taste.Shuijingfang liquor is colorless or slight yellow in color,it has elegant aroma and aging flavor,and it has long aftertaste and full liquor body with soft and harmonious taste.
