Detection and clinical significance of platelet activation markers CD62p and GPIIb/IIIa before and after treatment in patients with coronary heart disease

Abstract

Objective To explore the changes of platelet activation glycoproteins before and after treatment and the clinical significance in the patients with coronary heart diseases.Methods The platelet activation markers CD62p and GPⅡb/Ⅲa were detected by flow cytometry (FCM).Results Before treatment the numbers of CD62p-positive and GPⅡb/Ⅲa-positive platelet were 48.34±15.23%and 80.38±10.25%respectively,and were significantly higher than those of mormal control(P0.01).After treatment the numbers of CD62p-positive and GPⅡb/Ⅲa-positive platelet were 21.18±12.39% and 7.87±8.39% respectively and were declined evidently than those before treatment(P0.01),but still higher than those of normal control(P0.01).Conclusions Platelet activation plays an important role in the pathogenesis of coronary heart diseases.The glycoprotein CD62p and GPⅡb/Ⅲa are important for diagnostis and evaluation for prognosis and curative effect.
