Abstract
Objective To observe the platelet activation in the patients with coronary heart disease. Methods The platelet activation markers CD62P and GPⅡb/Ⅲa(PAC-1) in 50 with patients coronary heart disease and 50 healthy people were detected by flow cytometry (FCM) triad colour fluorimetric analysis technique. Results Positive percentage of platelet CD62P (34.17±9.82) % and PAC-1 (82.66±11.33) % in the coronary disease were significantly higher than those in normal control [(15.13±2.63)% ,(30.07±5.44)%]. The difference between these markers in two groups was significant (P 0.05). Conclusion Platelet activation sustains in the blood of patient with coronary heart disease. The detection of platelet activation by whole blood flow cytometric assay may apply to the precaution, treatment, and recurrent of coronary heart disease.
