The Clinical Effect of Combination of Puerarin and Shenmai Injiection on Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Combined with Angina Pectoris

Abstract

Objective To study the clinical effect of combination of puerarin and Shenmai injiection on patients with coronary heart diseas combined with angina pectoris.Methods 84 cases of angina pectoris were divided into 2 groups randomly.The patients in treatment group(42 cases) were treated with puerarin and Shenmai injiection;Patients in control group were treated with puerarin injection only.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.01%,and it was 54.76% in control group(P0.01).The ST-T of EKG improved in 61.90% of patients in treatment group and in 40.48% of patients in control group.The difference between two groups was significant(P0.05).Conclusions Combination of puerarin Gegensu injection is ffective for patients with coronary heart disease combined with angina pectoris.
