Abstract
Objective: To study the effect and safety of Puerarin Injection on the treatment of angina pectoris.Methods: 92 patients of angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group were given general medical treatment and puerarin Injection.To observe the patients,improvement of symptoms and changes of ECG in the two groups.Results: The effect of angina pectoris and ECG in the treatment group were 91.3% and 87% respectirely,and the ones in comparison group were 60.9% and 67.3% respectirely. There was significant difference (p 0.05).Conclusion: The effect of puerarin Injection on the treatment of angina pectoris is significant,and it is convenient and safe to use.
