Clinical Therapeutic Effect of Puerarin Associated with Shenmai Injection in Treatment of Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Diseases

Objective: To observe the effect puerarin associated with Shenmai injection in the treatment of patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods:108 patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into 2 groups.The contrast group cases received Shenmai injection 60ml plus sodium chloride 250ml,25 drops per min,ivgtt,qd for 14d;The treatment group cases received both Puerarin injection 500mg plus sodium chloride 500m1,ivgtt,qd for 14d and Shenmai injection as the way in the contrast group.Results:There were 23 cases excellent,24 cases effective and 7 cases ineffective in the treated group.The total effective rate was 87%(47/54).There were 11 cases excellent,13 cases effective and 30 cases ineffective in the contrast group.The total effective rate was 44%(24/54).Conclusion:The puerarin associated with Shenmai injection have a good synergism in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart diseases and it can be used widely in clinical.
