Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on maternal birth process,postpartum hemorrhage and voiding situation in perinatal period

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of childbirth and postpartum recovery with perinatal comprehensive nursing intervention on pregnant women. Methods: 196 pregnant women were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 98 cases in each group. The observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The control group was only given regular prenatal education and nursing. The natural childbirth rate, postpartum hemorrhage and micturition of natural childbirth pregnant women in two groups were recorded and compared. Results: In the experimental group, natural childbirth pregnant first stage of labor and birth process was significantly shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). The experimental group natural childbirth pregnant women postpartum hemorrhage,spontaneous voiding was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the natural childbirth rate,and be advantageous to the labor and postpartum recovery.
