Influence of comprehensive perinatal nursing interventions on maternal childbirth

ObjectiveTo study the influence of comprehensive perinatal nursing interventions on maternal childbirth.Methods160 cases of maternal from March 2009 to March 2012 were studied.According to the random number table method,they were randomly divided into two groups of experimental and control groups,each group had 80 cases maternal.Control group were used conventional measures to care the maternal perinatal care,the experimental group were used the integrated care interventions on maternal,perinatal care.ResultsAfter childbirth,the experimental group of natural childbirth the maternal proportion(72.5%) was significantly higher(50%),two groups was statistically significant(P0.05).Maternal labor experimental group(450.1±81.1)min was significantly shorter than the control group(570.2±80.2)min,maternal postpartum hemorrhage of the experimental group(70.1±44.1) ml was significantly less than the control group(120.3±45.2) ml,experimental group maternal postpartum complication rate(2.5%) was significantly lower than the control group(13.8%),and the two groups was statistically significant(P0.05).ConclusionPerinatal integrated care interventions can significantly improve the rate of natural childbirth, shorten the total production process, reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and postpartum complications.
