The poverty problem in guizhou ethnic minority area and the anti-poverty strategy

GUIZHOU province is China's less-developed province which has the most prominent problem of poverty.The poverty of guizhou roots in the rural poverty,and more in the ethnic minority area.This paper is doing system analysis for the poverty problem in ethnic minority area based on statistic date.The result shows that the poverty problem in GUIZHOU ethnic minority area is wide and deep.The task in ethnic minority area is an arduous and urgent task to achieve in that the natural environment is harsh,the industry development is slow,the fixed assets is insufficient and the education development lags behind.Therefore,it is necessary to adjust the agriculture industrial structure,increase the investment in fixed assets in rural area,implement the transfer of rural labor force and to build the anti-poverty through educationstrategy.
