Analysis of Plant Resources and Vegetation Types in the Fine Chemicals Campus in Baguang Village,Shenzhen City

Abstract

The route survey combined with typical plot survey were used to investigated the plants in Fine Chemicals Campus in Baguang Village,Shenzhen City.A total of 376 species and varieties of vascular plants belonging to 285 genera,109 families were found in the campus,Of them,4 speices were national key protected plants,belonging to 4 genera,4 families;7 species were ancient and rare trees,belonging to 4 genera,4 families,and the total mumber of them were 50.The vegetation could be divided into 4 vegetation types,15 formations and 15 associations.It was suggested that the species and the communities of the Fengshui woods and the mangrove shoud be protected specially in Fine Chemicals Campus.At the same time,the protection and the tending management of some Lichi chinensis forest and evergreen broadleaved forest should be strengthened.
