Abstract

Objective To analyze patients with type 2 diabetes and coronary heart disease coronary angiography for clinical reference. Methods A retrospective analysis from January 2009 to August 2011 in our hospital,40 patients with type 2 diabetes, coronary heart disease in patients with coronary angiography, and treated with the same period in hospital,40 cases of simple coronary angiography in patients with coronary heart disease compared two groups and clinical data analyzed similarities and differences between coronary angiography for the diagnosis and treatment. Results Coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes group and control group in all respects was no significant difference in coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes support group,double-and single-vessel disease were significantly lower than the control group(P0.05),and diffuse lesions and multivessel disease were significantly higher(P0.05).Conclusions Patients with type 2 diabetes and coronary heart disease with hypertension, high cholesterol, history of angina pain, and its multi-vessel coronary artery disease as a diffuse disease.
