Experience in Construction of New Rural Communities——Case Study of Dengzhou,Henan

As part of the strategic transition of rural development,construction of new rural communities is required by current trend of urban-rural integration.Rural communities promote equally qualified public service for urban and rural areas,which is part of the foundation of a harmonious society.Remarkable achievements have been made in community construction in Dengzhou over recent years,yet multiple problems remain unsolved,including land development policy bottle necks,limited capital resources,lagging awareness of the community of local residents,and uncompleted management systems.To further improve the construction of new rural communities in Dengzhou,effective utilization of land as well as investment resources must be well planned in advance.At the same time,qualified education and informing services need to be provided to promote transition of local life styles.Ultimately,successful construction of rural communities relies on the progression of public services and management systems.
