Abstract

Developing rural community,improving rural public administration,enhancing services,promoting the coordinated and common development of urban and rural community are important parts of construction harmonious society and building a socialist new countryside.So Public administration is particularly important in the new rural construction.The public administration level will determine the effectiveness of construction new countryside to a certain extent.The author mainly took up the public management in rural development one by one.
