Issues and Countermeasures Existing in China's Rural Community Building

The implementation of the new rural strategy provides a good opportunity to rural community building. This paper analyses the current major issues in the process of China's rural community building,and carries out countermeasures from the areas of cultivating the participation awareness of the masses of farmers,strengthening infrastructure construction of rural communities,improving the quality of the rural population,and clearing out the management system of rural communities in order to provide a little reference to China's rural community building in theory and practice.
