Abstract
Objective: To study the effect of Ambroxol Hydrochloride Injection in the treatment of bronchiolitis. Methods: 85 cases of children with bronchiolitis were randomly divided into two groups, the control group(42 cases) were given anti-infective, anti-virus and oxygen such as symptomatic treatment, in addition to these treatments, 43 cases in the treatment group were treated with Ambroxol Hydrochloride Injection 15 mg, intravenous drip, bid, treatment 7 d. The efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results: The obvious effective rate of the treatment group (90.7%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (76.2%) (P0.01), the average hospital stay of the treatment group was (8.7±4.6) d, and the control group was (11.2±5.0) d, the treatment group was significantly shorter (P0.01). Conclusion: Ambroxol Hydrochloride Injection is effective and safe in the treatment for infantile bronchiolitis, it can quickly relieve symptoms and improve the cure rate.
