Abstract

Objectives:To establish a method for the determination of emodin and chrysophanol in Jinyingdanshu Granules by HPLC. Method:The column was Shim Pack C18 and the mobile phase was melhanol 0.1% phosphate acid (80:20),with the detecting wavelength at 254 nm. Result:The recovery rate of Emodin was 99.63%,RSD=0.79% while the recovery rate of Chrysophanol was 98.10%,RSD=2.04%. Conclusion:The method is simple and quick with good reappaerance,and can be used for the quantitative analysis of Emodin and Chrysophanol.
