Abstract

Objective To study clinical value and significance of early rehabilitation of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 160 patients with cerebral infarction from October 2008 to October 2010 in neurology department of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into rehabilitation group and control group.Control group were mainly given routine treatment;rehabilitation group were given rehabilitation intervention on the basis of routine treatment, including physical therapy,ADL training and psychological intervention.Neurological deficit scoring stroke(China) and Barthel Index score was used in the two groups before and after treatment. Results Neurological deficit scores and Barthel Index score was significantly improved in 2 groups patients with cerebral infarction after treatment, and there were statistically significant in the rehabilitation group compared with the control group(P0.01).Conclusion The early rehabilitation intervention can significantly improve motor function and ADL ability in hemiplegic patients with cerebral infarction.
