Long effect of early comprehensive rehabilitation patients with cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the long effect of early comprehensive rehabilitation on patients with cerebral infarction.Method 81 cases of cerebral infarction were randomly devided into two groups.The patients in the rehabilitation group were treated with early comprehensive rehabilitation,including limb function exercies,physical therepy and acupuncture 3 days after stroke.Result The efficiency of neuroligic function impaiment improvement which was counted in one month,half a year,one year after attack was significantly higher and the Barthel's index was also improved obviously in the rehabilitation group than in the control group.Conclusion Early comprelirsive rehabilitation not only can improve the functional state but also shows long effect in some degree in patients with cerebral infarction.
