Study on cognition and teaching strategies of nursing service recovery system in clinical nursing students

Objective: To understand the cognitive status of nursing service remedying system practice of nursing students,and analyze the influencing factors and countermeasures. Methods: A self- designed questionnaire on 292 students,analyzed the survey results and countermeasures. Results: The nursing students on nursing service remedying system cognitive side; that happens the most easily were nursing errors in the error types( 43. 15%) and the nurse patient communication failures( 35. 27%). Nursing students on nursing service remedying knowledge requirement was relatively high,the demand of the highest recovery were techniques( 34. 93%) and remedial method( 30. 48%). Conclusion: The nursing service remedial education should be imminent,school education and clinical nursing teaching organically link,services remedial education in various forms,focus on strengthening the service recovery techniques and methods of training,to enhance their ability to cope.
