Abstract
Objective: To investigate the influence factors and management countermeasures of clinical nursing teaching quality.Methods: The factors such as managers,nursing teacher,nursing students and so on that can influence the quality of clinical nursing teaching were analyzed,and made standardized management,strengthened the training of nursing teachers,and improved the actual work ability of nursing students.Results: After implementation of countermeasures,the satisfaction and actual operating capacity of nursing students on clinical teaching were significantly higher than before implementation(P0.05).Conclusion: Through analysis and strengthening the management countermeasures,the quality of clinical nursing teaching is improved.
