Laparoscopic myomectomy versus laparotomy myomectomy

Objectives:To exptore the value of laparoscopic myomectomy in gynecologic field.Methods:The clinical data of the 56 patients receiving laparoscopic mymectomy(N1 group) and 49 patients(N2 group)laparotomy myomectomy were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The mean operative time and blood loss in N1 group were(82.24±24.06)min and(86.11±49.63)ml respectively,while in N2 group they were(60±17.39)min and(155.31±72.32)ml respectively(P0.05).The mean time of resuming normal temperature after operation was (1.29±1.40)days in N1group,and it was(2.76±1.20)days in N2 group(P0.05).In N1 group the mean hospitalization after operation was(5.56±1.32)days,while in N2 group the it was(9.37±1.62)days(P0.05).Conclusions: Laparoscopic myomectomy is safe and effective.It is deserved to be advocated in some propriety cases.
