Abstract
Objective To observe the human dermal papilla cells conditioned medium treat androgenetic alopecia.Methods We used human dermal papilla cells conditioned medium to treat 16 cases patient with androgenetic alopecia subcutaneously once a week,total four times.Results The area treated with human dermal papilla cells conditioned medium of androgenetic alopecia,the vellus hair and terminal hair reappeared.The total effective rate and the cure rate were 81.25% and 62.50% respectively.Conclusion The human dermal papilla cells conditioned medium is curative to androgenetic alopecia.
