Clinical effect of human dermal papilla cells conditioned medium on female androgenetic alopecia

Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of human dermal papilla cells conditioned medium(HDPCCM) hypodermic injection on female androgenetic alopecia.Methods: The HDPCCM was used with hypodermic injection to treat 18 female patients with androgenetic alopecia.It was used for once a week and total four times.Results:The vellus hair and terminal hair reappeared in the area treated with HDPCCM.The total effective rate and the cure rate were 83.33% and 66.67% respectively.Conclusion:The HDPCCM is curative to female androgenetic alopecia.
